01. ABOVE-MARKET RETURNS

GRPL is able to offer bespoke market-beating fixed return investment opportunities to suitable investors, with an interest rate dependent upon the size of investment amount and the length of time that an investor is able to lock away such funds with us. We also offer equity or joint-venture investment opportunities, again to select investors, with a sizeable return on investment and the prospect of retrieving a large proportion of that investment back, typical within a year. Whatever proportion of the investment is left in the deal typically still earns a decent rate of return until even that amount is able to be pulled out of the investment and returned to the investor. Of course, it is our intention that having seen how profitable our investments actually are, such investors will retain their funds with us to invest again in subsequent transactions.

Compliance and risk management are at the heart of everything we do. Each transaction is assessed and re-assessed to ensure that risk is minimized. Our fixed return investments are often backed by a personal guarantee of the project sponsors, while our equity investors often retain a share in vehicle that owns the investment asset. Grand Redwood retains the services of a battery of consultants to provide professional input into the models and forecasting tools that assess the viability of each investment. However, despite our best efforts at risk minimization, it must be clearly stated a priori that the risk associated with investments cannot be totally eliminated.
